Do Male Ragdoll Cats That Have Been Desexed Still Spray?

Im getting a male ragdoll kitten, he will be 12 weeks old when I get him, and ‘litter trained’ and ‘desexed’. But because he is a male, does that mean he will still spray?
Yeah my cat sprays and hes fixed
Some male cats do spray after this , but because they have been desexed it doesnt smell awful and wont stink.However , if you see a cat about to spray in the house tell him "no" .They have to learn thet its not acceptable behavior in the home.
