Hi, I Recently Moved House and My Lovely Purebred Ragdoll Cat Snuck Out and Did Not Return Home for a Week.?

July 23rd, 2010

She has started to behave oddly. Her love and affection for me has been replaced with contempt and almost disgust and at times fear. Today I noticed milk does this mean I am to be a grandparent? Also will she love me again is this a hormonal change in her?? IF anyone can offer valid advice please do.

Thanking you for your time.

How long have you had her back? It’s possible that she had some bad experiences while she was gone that she needs time, love, and maybe a little space before she gets over it.

If she was in season and got pregnant, milk would not show up within a week of getting bred. Cats need 65 days for kitten development and only start the milk during the last couple of days of that.

Are you sure you have the right cat?
