You need a matting comb. they have little blades on them. I have ordered one from a professional dog groomer supply store but wasn’t the one I wanted. So make sure you call one and ask what is best for your cat breed. I have a long haired persion thats full of mat’s despite the constant grooming. I suggest finding a pet/dog groomer that does cat’s too and have them either get em with dematting comb or clip it off if it’s really bad. My Jerry is at that point and is set to get groomed in time for the new year. Good luck btw the place I got her comb was http://www.americanpetpro.com
We own a rather large 2yr old ragdoll male whos fur is
always knotting to overcome this we use a furminator
desheding tool. The tool is gentle on him for a cat that
hates to be groomed. They retail on e-bay quite cheaply rather than a pet store supplier.
I think you need to blow dry her hair.
Good Luck and Merry Christmas!!
