Get a sticky roller and use that. Also - what are you feeding your cat? A high quality food will greatly minimize shedding. High quality is NOT Iams or crap like that.

Get the "Furminator" plus the grooming aids with it (spray, shampoo). This will almost eliminate shedding.

She should be groomed daily with a comb instead of a brush. combs get more loose hair from the underlayer of the coat which is where most of the shedding comes from. If your air is dry, use a humidifier in the house to add moisture to the air. Feeding a high quality food will minimize shedding as well.

get a clippers/electric shaver and clip her fur off. if it is too cold to do this then just put a sweater on her and keep her indoors until the snow melts. we clip our long haired siamese every summer- they look hystarical but it helps a lot with the shedding.
you could also brush her a couple times a day too.

I also have a ragdoll. Her hair is almost like a long haired rabbit, very soft and fine, sticks to everything. The best thing I've found is http://www.thecatconnection.com/Pet-Sponge-Pet-Hair-Remover.html the pet sponge. Her hair would especially stick to my microfiber furniture and the pet sponge is the only thing which takes it off. I've even begun using it on hard surfaces to pick up hair, like counters and tables, then going over the surface with Endust and a soft cloth because it repels the hair. And for your clothes, the pet sponge doesn't work as great, but it does work on some fabrics. I have found the really big sticky rollers to work best.

BUT to avoid hair from falling out in the first place, you should get the furminator which works great. Bought mine on ebay for $20.
