Also - what are you feeding your cat? A high quality food will greatly minimize shedding. High quality is NOT Iams or crap like that. If your air is dry, use a humidifier in the house to add moisture to the air. Feeding a high quality food will minimize shedding as well. Her hair would especially stick to my microfiber furniture and the pet sponge is the only thing which takes it off. I've even begun using it on hard surfaces to pick up hair, like counters and tables, then going over the surface with Endust and a soft cloth because it repels the hair. And for your clothes, the pet sponge doesn't work as great, but it does work on some fabrics. I have found the really big sticky rollers to work best.
