Not every animal reaches the standard size for its breed. There are plenty of very small and very large Ragdolls. Is she spayed? Intact females tend to remain lighter and leaner than spayed females. Ragdoll cats are one of the largest cat breeds and have a tendency to hoe up as much food as they can to grow bigger! My little guy was well on his way to being very large before he tragically passed away. They can become as big as 35 pounds over the full course of their life, so I'd expect some growth yet, though most of her growth spurt should be over. Yes, your kitty could get much bigger.
