Ragdoll Cat Bath
April 8th, 2010
Here is Coco, my one year old Ragdoll cat. He loves the water. You have to start them with baths when they are kittens. I use water just slightly warm to the touch. I like to use the kitchen sink because of the two compartments which allows me to shampoo him in one basin while rinsing him in the other with clean warm water. Drying can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. I use my hair dryer on him.

Cat in Kitchen? Nice cat, but I won;t be comming to your house for dinner!
LOL.
if you enjoyed watching Coco, please rate it :-0)
i cant believe how calm that cat is
Coco is very playful. He calms down when I give him a bath. He loves it when I talk to him during his bath…:-0) It’s our bonding time.
Wish my cat was that calm when I gave her a bath. I’m lucky not to get my arms clawed off, but she was a stray and like you said it’s probably a good idea to begin bathing them when they’re kittens.
Also, what music is that? It’s really pleasant.
lovely kitty, lovely dynamics between the two of you. Thanks for posting!
Thank you for your kind comments. It’s definitely love at first sight

The music is called “I am feeling lucky” I think. Thanks for viewing it. Coco loves water. In fact, as soon as I turn on the shower, he will get in and stay there until I step in…:0) He also enjoys playing with bath water and loves to carry his toys around the house searching for playmate(s)!
