Question for Experience Cat Show Person Breeders?

my husband and I might become cat show person and breeders . Before w become one. How do we pick what breed? so many have wonderfuL tempers. We don’t want long hairs too much brushing. We don’t want huge breeds like Maine Coon etc.It hard to choose one. I like ragdoll ragmuffin scottish folded ears siberian manx turkish van burmese birman wirehair etc oriental etc can’t choose one all of breedsd I like have similar Persoalities and tempers
