Can Adult Cat Food Have a Negative Affect on My 10 Week Old Kitten?

I have a 10 week old ragdoll,
She eats a whole pouch of whiskers kitten food
then will move on to our other adult cats left overs
can this be bad for her?
Is it normal for her to eat so much?
