My Ragdoll Cat Occasionally Pees on My Sofa?

She’s almost 2 years old. She’s been checked by the vet. I’ve tried spray deterrent for fabrics, extra litter boxes, urine odor neutralizers, pheromone sprays, positive encouragements with treat for good habits, and recently have used vet prescribed kitty anti anxiety pills. In the past she’s had problems peeing on my bed, my other sofa, and bath carpet. Now it’s the new sofa. I’m at the end of my rope, please help me before I have to part company with my beloved pet. If I have to give her up would another household take her or would it be in her best interest to considering putting her down (that thought breaks my heart). I’m desperate, please help.
