Is This Normal Kitten Behavior ?
My 5 month ragdoll kitten is the most adorable thing ever. When he wakes up he runs to me and gives me kisses and hugs lol. But when he is in a playful mood , like all cats, he is a nightmare. One thing i don’t understand is the way he reacts when someone tries to pet or touch him when he is playing . He gets very jumpy and sometime reacts violently or simply runs away.
Should i be worried ? or is this a normal phase that kittens go through ? i remember i used to have several kittens when i was a kid but they were always ready to be petted , the loved it actually. Mine loves to be petted , which normally results in sleeping in my lap. But not during his manic time (playing time)
I cannot begin to explain how hyper he gets. Climbing sofas , jumping on walls, chasing shadows , trying to reach the door nob ..etc
Ps. i do play with him whenever i can and he’s got more toys than all of the children in my neighborhood. He’s also got his own little tree-house. In a nutshell, he is one spoiled cat
