Will My Cat Ever Stop Chewing Things Like Electric Cords?

I have a purebred Ragdoll kitten who is 11 months old and we love her sooo much but she is chewing like crazy! headphone cords, cell phone charger cords, large amounts of paper and the one that terrifies the kids…the Xbox power cords..
We have tried squirting her with water, spraying the area with pet products that smell so bad WE don’t want to go near.
