Tennessee Cat Rescue

The HSUS Animal Rescue Team rescues more than 100 cats from a hoarding situation in Rutledge, Tenn. Cats found in unsanitary conditions, many suffering from serious ailments.

How is this possible!??! How can anyone live there? Does anyone? I don’t understand what’s going on there.

poor cats.
I really wonder what kind of people live in and also keep animals in these circumstances. The person might think about helping them but makes it only worse since they all breed amongst eachother (inbred animals have a risk at a worse health) and some of those poor cats might be euthanised. I own a small animalsanctuary with 57 animals and I know how much time, attention, space and money it costs for food and the vet to keep them all healthy and happy.

the humane society is wonderful. please everyone donate whatever you can to them.
What would we do without you people? Poor cats. I cant even imagine how horrible it would have for the cats.
Thanks for resuing them! I am about to cry. It makes me soo sad. And mad at the people who left and abused the cats. I wish I could help you guys and be a part of the organization!
