Eye colour is linked to coat colour – not breed. Cats with pointed markings have blue eyes and so can solid white cats.

If you don’t have papers for this kitten then it’s unlikely it’s any breed. It’s just a domestic cat with pointed markings.

I’m hoping your ad didn’t describe the cat. If you did then you stand a REALLY good chance of someone claiming her that isn’t really her owner. Your ad should just say found female cat, where she was found and call to describe.

Have you brought her up to a vet to see if she’s microchipped? Vets have scanners – so do all shelters.

Your cat is not likely of any specific breed- after all, she did not come to you with papers or a pedigree and she did not come to you from a breeder.

Many cats just have blue eyes. It doesn’t make them any specific breed.
